Employment Type : Direct Hire through Bilingual Therapies
Bilingual Therapies is seeking a dedicated and passionate Special Education Teacher with a Moderate / Severe credential to join a high school Life Skills program in California. This is a direct-hire position offering the opportunity to make a lasting impact on high school students with moderate to severe disabilities, focusing on life skills development.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with moderate to severe disabilities
- Provide direct instruction in life skills, communication, and functional academics
- Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment
- Collaborate with staff, parents, and specialists to support student progress
- Monitor and track student progress and adjust instruction as needed
