About the Role :
Were seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to join our team in Sharon, MA. This role involves working with a self-contained classroom, supporting a caseload of up to 9 students in the Pre-School to Early Childhood age group. Key Responsibilities :
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
Provide instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs
Collaborate with support staff, parents, and other educators to ensure student success
Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
Track and report student progress, making adjustments as needed
Schedule :
Monday to Friday, 8 : 05 AM 3 : 05 PM
Qualifications :
Must be certified as a Special Education Teacher
Experience with early childhood or preschool-aged students is preferred
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
