What You’ll Be Doing:
- Answering inbound calls and helping customers with service requests
- Making outbound calls to schedule maintenance appointments and follow-ups
- Selling maintenance plans and other services
- Assisting with paperwork and general office duties
- Providing top-tier customer service and following up with homeowners
- Working with service and install departments to keep everything running smoothly
What We’re Looking For:
- Confident and comfortable being on the phone for most of the day
- A go-getter who doesn’t wait to be told what to do
- Great communication skills and a positive attitude
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in a service-based or HVAC office is a big plus
Bonus Points If You:
- Have sold service plans or similar over the phone
- Know your way around scheduling software like Housecall Pro or ServiceTitan
