Position Overview:

We are looking for a driven and energetic Customer Service & Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong sense of urgency, a tenacious attitude, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. This is not your run of the mill office desk job!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Lead Dispatcher with scheduling as needed.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.
• Work with the warehouse team to update the SOP board and ensure inventory organization.
• Make outbound calls to schedule maintenance appointments.
• Sell maintenance contracts to new and existing customers.
• Follow up on service estimates to maximize conversions.
• Meet and exceed performance expectations, including deadlines and sales goals.
