Job Summary:
As a Service Receptionist at Bill Brown Ford, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient operation of our service department. You will be responsible for answering calls, scheduling service appointments, assisting customers. Cashing out service works orders with customers, as well as assisting with loaner vehicles. The ideal candidate should have customer service experience and possess strong organizational and motivational skills.
Experience is not required.
