We’re seeking a passionate and customer-focused Owner Loyalty / Customer Relationship Manager to enhance client relationships and improve the ownership experience. Ideal candidates will have customer service or account management experience, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities – Customer Relationship Manager:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Assist with account issues, renewals, and loyalty benefits.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications/Requirements – Owner Loyalty Manager:
- Customer service or account management experience
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication abilities
