Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Event and Sales Coordinator based in Coconut Grove at our venue, Villa Woodbine. The Coordinator will work closely with an Event Producer and be responsible for customer service, event planning, communication, sales, and event management. Daily tasks include coordinating event logistics, managing client relationships, promoting services, and ensuring the successful execution of events.
