Come join a winning team at Bill Knight Ford of Bartlesville. We have an excellent opportunity for Service Management managing the Ford brand. This is a great team environment with a highly skilled technician group. You will manage a 3 person team of service advisors along with 12 technicians. Additional responsibilities include Ford certifications, loaner fleet management, ability to work with parts manager and parts department, concern resolution, and maintain above group average CSI with two brands. Equipment maintenance and replacement are part of the duties and controlling shop supplies. Organization of daily production meetings with staff is required. A winning attitude and flexibility is necessary
You must be organized and have previous service management experience. Strong customer and employee concern resolution is required and innovation is expected. Must have strong communication skills and interpersonal skills to communicate with the customers and the Bill Knight Ford of Bartlesville staff.
