We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant / Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle general office tasks and provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Maintain and organize files, records, and documents
- Assist with scheduling and managing calendars
- Provide general administrative support as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office AND Google Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
