We offer this vital role 7% commission. You can earn anywhere from $70k to $200k. Your earning potential is up to you but will be better than $100k in commissions - even in your first year! As an attentive and detail-oriented Sales Rep / Salesman, your product knowledge and people skills are the tools of your trade. For every need, you have an intelligent and honest solution. You make sound recommendations as if it was your own home. You are committed to ensuring that clients feel as if they are making an educated decision rather than feeling "pushed" into buying something. You are a motivated salesman, but make a point to encourage clients to make personal buying decisions they feel comfortable and confident with.
While selling is a lot of fun for you, you also recognize the hard work that is required. In order to be your best, you never miss a staff training or meeting in addition to staying current on product offerings. You are always learning and improving. QUALIFICATIONS
- Some selling experience
- Lifetime learner and willingness to attend online classes and receive coaching by Sandler sales professionals
- Exceptional communication skills
