Food Service Supervisor

BILL'S Superette, a family owned and operated business, located at 17333 55th Ave NW in Royalton is currently hiring for morning Food Service Supervisor positions. Starting wage $17-19/hr based on experience. This is a full-time position with benefits. You will be responsible for preparing foods, making sure the kitchen and Customer areas are kept clean and sanitary, training co-workers on safe food handling, and keeping hot fresh food stocked and ready for our Customers. Prior food service experience is preferred, but not required.

General Responsibilities:

• Accepts responsibility for their location’s food service production, sales, merchandising, customer satisfaction, safety, sanitation, inventories, ordering, deliveries, quality control, record keeping and employee training.
• Ensures all safety, dating, nutritional and regulatory policies and procedures are followed and effectively completed at the store.
• Guides, advises and trains store personal in the acquisition, preparation, promotion, and sale of the Food Service department's products and services.
