Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
User Management: Manage user accounts, profiles, and permissions. Provide timely and effective support to Salesforce users resolving issues and answering questions.
System Administration: Maintain and configure the Salesforce platform, including objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, and validation rules.
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments to understand their needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
Solution Design: Design and implement solutions that meet business requirements and enhance user experience.
Data Management: Assist with data imports, exports, and data cleansing activities.
Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver training materials for Salesforce users. Create and maintain system documentation.
User Support Tickets: Respond to and resolve user support tickets in a timely and efficient manner.
Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce features and best practices. Identify opportunities to improve system efficiency and user adoption.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business Administration, Information Technology etc.) or equivalent experience.
- Salesforce Associate Certification
- Trailhead Expeditioner Rank or above
- Strong understanding of core Salesforce features (objects fields, page layouts, workflows etc.)
