Technical Subject Matter Expert:
- Apply subject matter expertise in order to guide business stakeholders through highly technical elements of the sales/support processes.
- Typical areas of challenge are complex product configurations, defects arising from the CRM consolidation and 1ERP workstreams that require workarounds or escalation, address validations, and VES approvals.
- Translation of Sales requests into the appropriate technical funnels with the appropriate level of documentation.
- Conversion of these requests into complete user stories, and business consulting on ideal next steps.
- Routine modifications of system architecture, and general governance of all Sales Operations and Sales technologies.
- Fulfilling license requirements for Sales and maintaining license counts.
- Diagnose hardware and software problems, and replace defective components.
- Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations.
- Install, maintain and administer computer networks and computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations.
- Plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures in order to protect data, software, and hardware.
- Monitor the performance of computer systems and networks.
- Perform routine network startup and shutdown procedures, and maintain control records.
- Ensure network performance.
- Add and remove network access.
- Maintain an inventory of parts for repair needs.
- Strong technical acumen and experience architecting Sales Enablement and Customer Success tools and systems.
- Strong knowledge of industry trends for sales tools and database strategies.
- Ability to quickly identify root causes of problems and act on those problems in an effective and complete manner.
- General Knowledge of Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, & Slides), mandatory experience with Salesforce as a user, admin experience desirable.
- Need to be inquisitive and constantly wondering how we can make the sales cycle faster, more effective, and/or easier to complete.
- Must be able to work autonomously and make large business impacting decisions confidently. Subject matter expertise in a large variety of additional software applications as well as the business acumen required to apply them to business problems.
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
- Familiarity with the Agile framework.
- Overall understanding of SaaS business processes and experience in implementing solutions to gaps from a technical and/or project management perspective.
- This role Interacts regularly with Sales and Customer Success Directors, Associate Directors, and Enablement and Operations Leaders.
- Also interacts regularly with Marketing, Strategy, Legal, Finance, IT, Business Intelligence, Program Management and Sales Compensation leadership.
- Ability to see the big picture and potential risks of interaction between systems.
- List degree required and/or preferred along with the number of years of related and total experience.
- List any certifications, licenses or other specialized requirements.
- Bachelor's Degree or better
- Salesforce Administrator or better
- Targeted Years of Experience: 3 to 5 years for II; 5-7 years for III.
