Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
Leadership and Strategy
- Develop and implement IT policies and best practice guides for the organization
- Plan, organize and lead the IT department's day-to-day operations.
- Lead IT projects including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services
Infrastructure Management
- Lead the configuration, deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting, management, and support efforts for computer workstations, laptops, printers, mobile devices, phones, audiovisual systems, and other computer and telecommunications hardware and software.
- Collaborate with hardware and software vendors to ensure timely product delivery, overseeing the installation of new equipment according to schedule.
- Provide daily front-line support, analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to IT infrastructure and software.
Security and Compliance
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements with a particular focus on PCI DSS.
- Ensure security of data network access and backup systems.
- Contribute as a member of the Bill360 Security Team utilizing various security tools to monitor alerts continuously. Investigate alerts and escalate as outlined in our security policies.
- Conduct information security training and awareness programs to educate employees about their roles and responsibilities in protecting the organization's information assets.
Budget and Forecasting
- Manage the annual IT budget and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Forecast IT requirements and upgrades to support organizational growth
- Manage the software license inventory, oversee software licensing and establish policies and procedures for upgrades and standardization.
Support and Service
- Supervise and resolve user tickets concerning hardware software and networking. Provide comprehensive reporting on ticket status.
- Enforce and implement IT policies, standards, and procedures ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the organization's information assets.
- Act as the technical owner for internal systems and software including phones and office tools such as Office 365.
- Serve as the technical administrator collaborating with the Salesforce Admin for Salesforce and the HubSpot Admin for Marketing tools. Ensure a comprehensive end-to-end solution for marketing sales, implementation, support, and customer success.
- Undertake additional tasks as necessary to support the efficiency and effectiveness of IT operations as assigned.
What you need to be successful in this position:
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of Office365 support and administration
- Email, Teams, SharePoint, Office Productivity Suite
- IP Telecommunications such as Zoom / Teams
- Strong troubleshooting skills for end user desktop / mobile device / printer issues
- Endpoint Security Tools such as Microsoft Defender and others
- Email Security Tools such as Microsoft Defender and others
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Familiar with security policies and controls for PCI DSS, SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA, or ISO compliance
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field, or 5 years of experience in a support technician role.
- Knowledge and experience troubleshooting hardware, software, networks, and basic operating system functionality or equivalent.
- Knowledge and experience supporting Microsoft Office products/Office 365.
- Knowledge and experience supporting Microsoft desktop technologies and all internet browsers.
- Knowledge and experience working with and supporting Salesforce and HubSpot platforms.
