- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using software tools such as Salesforce.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Continuously update knowledge of products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate with clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or telemarketing is preferred but not required.
