We are looking for a motivated, self starter individual who is passionate about influencer marketing. The Senior Account Executive role will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of influencer marketing campaigns for our clients and supporting the senior Account Management team. He/she should have 2 years of agency or relevant experience within the personal care, beauty and wellness industries, and should be excited to become a part of a fast-paced, self-starter environment driving new media with the desire to work hard and grow alongside the team.

The candidate should be knowledgeable of the influencer landscape as they will be involved with the identification, outreach and management of relationships with influencers, tastemakers and content creators. This person should also be knowledgeable and excited about branding on social media. They should be well versed in pop culture, emerging and mainstay social media platforms and current trends. Must be highly organized with strong attention to detail. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment. Will be taught how to perfect project management.

Role & Responsibilities

Influencer identification, casting POVs, outreach, contracting and management. Influencer management inclusive of communication with influencers and managers, strategic concept and content reviews, organizing final asset delivery etc.

Support the Account Management Team in managing client programs and materials. Including updating agendas, crafting client emails.

Work closely with AMs and the creative team to ensure alignment on campaign objectives and deliverables.

Monitor campaign and content performance, flagging potential issues with suggestions and solutions to line manager (mid-campaign check-ins, KPI check-ins)

Assist with compiling final campaign data and insights for client reports.

Monitor and create Account Management documents (Influencer Briefs, Content Calendars, Reports etc.)

Manage smaller-scale programs with manager’s oversight.

Source and establish relationships with influencer managers, influencers and client agency partners.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and content.

Leverage BDB’s proprietary tech platform, Companion, for influencer campaign management; liaise with the Companion tech team to ensure all supporting tech is functioning.

Requirements

  • BA Degree
  • 2 years agency or relevant experience
  • Highly organized

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and relationship - building skills
  • Ability to handle a multitude of tasks in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Serve as a leader when it comes to quality control of content and ensuring that each piece of content that is presented to a client is up to our BDB standard
