Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls
- Provide general administrative support, such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with organizing and coordinating appointments
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Requirements
- Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant
- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus for medical receptionist positions
- Strong clerical and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Customer service-oriented with a professional attitude
- High attention to detail and accuracy
