At Bilsky Financial Group Inc - BFG Tax Help, our goal is to provide a diverse range of financial services in the areas of accounting, tax preparation and IRS representation for both individuals and businesses. Our growth continues to forge ahead, and we are seeking an experienced and dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team. Originally established in Richardson Texas in 2016, we expanded to Desoto TX in 2022 and are in the future, planning to expand Eastward in the DFW area.

```Duties```
- Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and managing documents
- Assist with financial record keeping to include invoicing and collections
- Provide clerical support such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and responding to emails
- Assist with office management duties, including maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Handle office tasks, such as administrative duties and managing client records
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to guidelines
- Ensure phone etiquette is professional and courteous when interacting with clients or customers
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate personnel
- Utilize computerized systems and software to complete tasks efficiently

-Assist with IRS Representation tasks, such as writing letters and legal research

-Processing of Power of Attorney forms including generating form, obtaining signatures, and follow ups as needed until processed through IRS system

-Assist with the Tax Preparation process to include but not limited to: Bringing in Tax Documents into CRM software and starting process, speaking with clients to obtain additional information as needed, packaging tax returns, obtaining signatures and payments prior to filing

-MUST be able to handle a high volume/fast paced environment

-Prefer previous experience in the Tax and Accounting industry

```Skills```
- Proficient in data entry and accurately inputting information into databases or spreadsheets
- Experience with onboarding clients
- Strong clerical skills, including organizing files, managing paperwork, and maintaining records
- Knowledge of office administrative procedures and ability to handle administrative tasks effectively
- Familiarity with tax office operations and understanding of administrative assistant duties is a preferred
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain privacy standards
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills when interacting with clients or customers
- Experience managing front desk operations and providing exceptional customer service
- Comfortable using computerized systems and software for various administrative tasks

Pay: $17.00 - $30.00 per hour
