We are seeking a strategic and creative leader to develop and execute our B2B Brand Strategy, with a focus on building our brand among key partner audiences across the business. The key stakeholders include our existing and prospective real estate partners, merchant partners, and travel partners.
In this role, you will...Develop and execute comprehensive B2B brand marketing strategies that resonate with our key partner segmentsProvide brand strategy counsel to executive team and key stakeholdersCreate and implement innovative partner engagement programs that strengthen relationships and drive loyaltyDesign and oversee exclusive partner events, experiences, and offsites that showcase Bilt's value propositionBuild and manage multiple B2B advisory councils, creating meaningful member experiences and value propsDesign and implement innovative employee benefit programs for partner organizationsConceptualize and manage neighborhood activation initiatives, including block parties and community eventsCreate milestone-based gifting programs and recognition initiatives for partnersCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all partner touchpointsCreate and oversee co-branded merchandise collections that reinforce brand partnerships, including distinct onboarding experiencesBuild and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the real estate, merchant, and travel industriesAnalyze partner feedback and market trends to continuously refine our B2B brand approachIdentify and develop owned marketing channels that deliver value to B2B partnersWork across product marketing, design, content, events, engineering, and paid marketing to reach key prospective partners and ensure brand consistencyEstablish KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure the effectiveness of B2B brand initiativesOversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation for B2B brand marketing programsRequired Qualifications8 years of experience in B2B marketing, brand management, or partner marketingDemonstrated success in building brand equity within B2B environmentsStrong strategic thinking with the ability to translate business objectives into creative brand initiativesExcellent relationship-building skills with experience managing high-value partnershipsSuperior project management abilities with experience leading cross-functional teamsOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsProven track record of developing and executing successful event and experience strategiesExperience managing budgets and demonstrating ROI for marketing initiativesBenefits :

The salary range for a
Sr Director, Brand Marketing
140,000 - 175,000
and will be eligible for equity and an annual performance-based bonus.
