Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a BIM Manager. The BIM Manager will oversee the development and implementation of BIM processes, manage virtual design and BIM coordination efforts, and lead collaboration between different disciplines. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining BIM models, ensuring adherence to BIM standards, and providing training and support to team members.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and BIM Coordination
- Experience in Virtual Design and Construction
- Proficiency in Architecture, Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and manage remote teams
- Familiarity with BIM software platforms such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Tekla
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
