Administrative Assistant & Marketing Assistant Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage companies Facebook pages and conduct social media campaigns through those Facebook pages.
- Research, order, track, distribute and inventory promotional items for giveaways and manage vendor relationships.
- Position to include Inside and Outside Sales. Will be involved in groups like BNI, Chamber of Commerce, Senior Citizen Programs
- Budget and record company marketing programs.
- Contact new customers to introduce our business. This will be in person or on the phone.
- Create PowerPoint presentations, organize conferences and special events, maintain databases including mailing lists, organize mailings.
- Provide technical and administrative support for all department employees including personnel and corporate policy records and payroll inquiries.
- Coordinate web-base marketing campaigns including copywriting, proofreading and collaborating with designers to insure all materials are in-line with brand standards.
- Will assist the office manager in day to day calls and dispatching.
- Increase company communications and information by working in companies CRM programs.

Requirements:
- Administration or sales and marketing assistant experience.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- A high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Good organization skills.
- Digital marketing experience.
