We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Assistant to help with daily operations and ensure the efficient functioning of our office. Duties
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes.
- Scheduling routes and staff through the day.
- Coordinate calendar management for executives and staff, scheduling meetings and appointments as needed.
- Assist staff in the field and in the office, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance.
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents to ensure easy access to information.
- Handle vendor management, including negotiating contracts and ensuring timely service delivery.
- Utilize phone systems effectively for communication with clients, vendors, and team members. Answering calls for multiple businesses.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of staff and external partners to facilitate smooth operations.

- Proficient in budgeting & invoicing practices and financial oversight.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 β 28 per week
