With six locations across Ohio, Michigan, and Kentucky, we’re dedicated to supporting dairy farmers with expert installation, remodels, and reliable solutions to keep their operations running smoothly.
We are looking to fill an Office Administrator position. This role is responsible for processing daily invoices and providing general administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
Primary duties include, but are not limited to:
· Accounts Receivable:
- Generate and send out invoices to customers
- Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments
- Follow up on overdue accounts and arrange payment plans as necessary
· Make daily bank deposits
· Greet customers with a friendly personality and fulfill orders
· Communicate with customers on the phone and in person
· Order parts through vendors
· Confirm, pack, and ship orders to customers
· Receive, unpack, and label products
· Various other duties as assigned
· Possible travel to branch locations
QUALIFICATIONS
· Data entry experience
· Microsoft Office experience and computer knowledge
· Exceptional customer service
· Great attention to detail
· Highly organized
· Able to lift up to 50lbs
· Dairy or Agriculture background a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
