Job Title: Customer Service Quality Analyst

Job Description:
The Customer Service Quality Analyst is responsible for providing account analysis and managing Shut Off Protection Plan creation and re-evaluation. This role involves working closely with Human Resource Agencies and Faith-based partners to analyse and resolve billing and account issues related to payment plans and arrears balances. The analyst will monitor and document data findings, conduct root cause analysis, provide feedback to management, and develop standard work instructions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage relationships with vendors and Faith-based partners.
- Resolve complex billing and account issues for vendor partners, including Green Path.
- Perform problem identification and root cause analysis, implementing countermeasures as needed.
- Assist Faith-Based and Community Partners with customer account resolution.
- Present energy assistance information to necessary outreach audiences.
- Interact effectively with management to relay findings and propose improvements.
- Perform other assigned duties as necessary.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, with three to five years of job-related experience.
- Demonstrated analytical problem-solving, planning, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in SAP for billing processing and payment plan management.
- Ability to modify written procedures and programs to align with business needs.
- Strong record-keeping abilities in accordance with company policies.
- Creativity and innovation in approach to problem-solving.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Knowledge and understanding of Billing Practice Rules.

Pay: $21.48 - $30.00 per hour
