System Director

Job Description:

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

· Lead a team of 30 staff, including 6 direct reports.

· Provide senior-level business systems experience, including health plan business systems and implementation experience.

· Manage key business system projects to reduce the risk of delays, including Care Manager, OHC changes, end-of-life systems upgrades, outstanding upcoming audits, ERP, RFP planning, and Healthplan RFP refresh.

· Focus on building fundamentals for health plans, managing integration, and utilizing data analytics to integrate Healthplans into the system.

· Oversee Microsoft integration, HL7, API, middleware solutions/management, helpdesk, and project management.

· Manage upgrades/implementations and custom solutions, particularly in HealthEdge, Cognizant, and EPIC Tapestry.

Experience and Skills Required:

· Strong experience in managing health plan business systems and implementation.

· Experience working with health insurance companies such as Prometica, Nationwide, BC/BS, and Medical Mutual.

· Proven ability in integration management, especially with Microsoft systems, HL7, and APIs.

· Familiarity with project management in health plan systems, RFP processes, and system upgrades.

· Expertise in middleware solutions and managing helpdesk functions.

Education Required:

· Relevant experience in business systems or a related field.

Job Types: Contract, Temporary

Pay: $80.00 - $95.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
