Fully onsite and One month contract(With extension)
Sorts, maintains and updates files alphabetically or numerically. Answers telephones and relays messages. Occasionally may use computer or typewriter to type labels or address envelopes. Uses computer to access information. Performs other clerical duties as assigned. Must communicate both orally and in writing. Must have basic computer knowledge. 2 years' experience required. Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
Uses computer to do various office assistant duties.
Manage overtime distribution lists
Creating and maintaining the schedule.
Payroll/Timekeeper
Manage calibrated equipment exchange process
Distribute primary read routes
Verify and communicate work loads
Record safety meeting minutes
Coordinating training Field Reps.
Reconcile receipts for field reps..
Orders office supplies
Coordinated meeting/huddles.
Offers other misc. office support to leadership.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $20.12 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
