As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for reviewing scrap/auction submissions, inspecting vehicles, and submitting the paperwork to begin the scrap/auction process.

Salary Overview:
The pay rate for this role starts at $16 per hour based on experience.

Office Clerk Responsibilities include:

• Review scrap/auction requests.
• Work with requesters for missing/incorrect information.
• Physically inspect vehicles and remove license plates.
• Complete and submit VR1 for scrap/auction.
• Sort and forward safety/non-compliant emails as needed.
• Adhere to Suburban Automotive Service’s DRIVEN values and align business practices to support the SAS mission and vision.

Office Clerk Qualifications and Skills:

• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must be at least 21 years of age to drive company vehicles at Milford Proving Grounds. r.
• 1-year customer service experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook applications is preferred.
