Yard Lead

Pay: $26-$28 an hr DOE

Schedule: Mon-Fri -NO WEEKENDS!!

• Assists Material Handlers to ensure branch success, excellent customer service, and uphold a positive company image.
• Responsible for all activities in the yard/warehouse, including loading and unloading trucks safely, properly, and timely and filling orders accurately.
• Assist in maintaining proper inventory levels including keeping the yard neat, clean, and orderly.
• Plan out daily tasks and goals to be accomplished and communicate them to the team daily.
• Strictly follows safety policies, rules, and safe work methods.
• Work outdoors in diverse weather conditions.
• Other duties as required by business needs or as assigned.
• Work with the team to ensure branch success and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Supervisory experience and building material knowledge are preferred but not required.
• Education-High School Graduate or GED
• 3 plus years experience in a warehouse/yard position
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Must be able to work overtime as needed
• Bilingual helpful but not required
