We are looking for an experienced and results-driven SEO Manager to join our team and lead the search optimization efforts for our three distinct brands across different platforms.
This is an on-site position based in Boca Raton, FL, REQUIRING a candidate who lives within a reasonable commuting distance and can work collaboratively in our small, dynamic office environment.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of SEO success, with expertise in Shopify, WordPress, GoDaddy and Yoast. Familiarity with Oxygen and Elementor is preferred but not required. This role requires someone who can strategically optimize web performance, improve organic search rankings, and contribute valuable insights to marketing campaigns. You will report directly to the Director of Online Marketing and work cross-functionally to support all three brands while assisting with projects outside the SEO scope as needed. Key Responsibilities:
1. Multi-Brand SEO Strategy & Execution
- Develop, implement, and manage SEO strategies across three unique brands on different platforms.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to drive organic search visibility.
- Execute and manage on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies tailored to each brand’s needs.
- Optimize product listings, category pages, and landing pages for maximum performance on Shopify and WordPress sites.
2. Technical SEO & Website Optimization
- Audit and improve site structure, page speed, mobile-friendliness, and indexing.
- Optimize and manage SEO plugins, including Yoast, to enhance website performance.
- Work with developers to implement structured data, schema markup, and canonicalization.
- Identify and resolve SEO-related issues like broken links, duplicate content, and crawl errors.
3. Content Optimization & Strategy
- Collaborate with the content team to optimize website copy, blogs, and landing pages for SEO.
- Provide SEO best practices for content creation and ensure alignment with search trends.
- Perform content audits and gap analysis to identify new ranking opportunities.
4. Link Building & Authority Growth
- Develop and execute high-quality link-building strategies to improve domain authority.
- Monitor backlink profiles, disavow toxic links, and build relationships for guest posting.
5. Analytics, Reporting & Stakeholder Communication
- Utilize Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other SEO tools to track key performance metrics.
- Regularly report on rankings, traffic, CTR, bounce rates, and conversions to stakeholders at various levels.
- Translate complex SEO data into actionable insights for decision-making.
- Stay ahead of Google algorithm updates and industry trends to keep our brands competitive.
6. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Contributions
- Work closely with the Director of Marketing to integrate SEO insights into broader digital marketing strategies.
- Provide value-added feedback on marketing campaigns beyond SEO.
- Support additional marketing projects outside of SEO as needed.
- Act as a key contributor to the success of all three brands, ensuring consistent optimization and strategic alignment.
Requirements & Qualifications:3-5 years of proven SEO experience, ideally managing multiple brands.
Expertise in Shopify, WordPress, and Yoast SEO plugin. Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices.
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and similar SEO tools.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for SEO implementations.
Strong ability to communicate SEO performance data to stakeholders at various levels.
Exceptional project management and organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Ability to work on-site in Boca Raton, FL, five days a week (must be within a reasonable commuting distance).Preferred (Not Required) Qualifications:Familiarity with Oxygen and Elementor page builders.
Experience with local SEO, international SEO, and eCommerce optimization.
Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and user experience (UX/UI) principles.
