Mitigation Manager

Bingham Restoration - Kansas City Is looking for qualified candidates to apply that preferably have water mitigation management experience. We offer incentives and bonus structures that are very competitive.

Starting at $35k-$100k/Yearly DOE

We specialize in restoring commercial and residential buildings that have been damaged by fire, water, flood, storm, and mold.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.

Understanding, adhering to and promoting safety and guidelines while in the office and traveling

Talent in identifying and maximizing sales opportunities to build relationships with clients and customers to create win-win situations and support the business.

Must be flexible with schedule and willing to work longer hours during busy seasons.

Communication affiliates that are responsible for referring job leads to Employer

Driving to customer’s home and conducting water damage assessment, evaluating insurance policy for coverage, signing contract with customer for services. Set up Equipment necessary to resolve water damage in the customer's residence.

Conducting daily monitoring checks at customer’s residence to ensure drying progress

Pickup equipment and conclude jobs through necessary paperwork with customers.

Prospecting and On-boarding new Affiliates such as Plumbing companies to generate new business.

Holding Training Meetings for affiliates and maintain relationships

Manage and train new employees and institute accountability measures to evaluate their work.

Communicate with Adjusters and Insurance companies to ensure compliance and timely payment to the Employer.

Bring checks to Affiliates same day or agreed upon payment schedule on time for referrals.

Utilizing Job Management software with each client file and running reports to evaluate and maintain office efficiency

Contribute in the creation of Training videos and documents for each position in company as directed by Supervisors
