What are the responsibilities and job description for the Barback position at Binghamton Country Club?
The Binghamton Country Club, a private country club, is looking for an enthusiastic Barback to assist the Bartender on week nights, weekends and holidays. The responsibilities include but are not limited to keeping the bar stocked with liquor, beer, spirits, garnishes, ice cubes & other products needed throughout the evening. Also ensure that glasses, stirrers, shakers, strainers & other bartending tools are clean & in the proper position for bartenders.
Qualifications/Skills
- High-School diploma
- Ability to lift heavy items (20lbs or more)
- Walking & standing for extended period of times
- Team player who coordinates well with others
- Ability to work under pressure in a high-paced environment
- Punctual
- Basic knowledge of beer, liquors, & flavor profiles
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $10.35 - $12.00 per hour
