We are seeking a talented and motivated E-Commerce Account Coordinator to join our small yet dynamic team in a rapidly growing e-commerce company. As the E-Commerce Account Coordinator you will play a pivotal role in helping to maintain and manage our clientele services and relationships. The E-Commerce Account Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting BingLTD growing e-commerce channel. In this role you will be responsible for e-commerce platform management, digital content and asset management, data analytics and reporting, and supporting customer relationships at the buying office. We are looking for someone who has a strong mix of technical and interpersonal skills, is a team player, a self-starter, and is eager to learn and grow. This position is in High Point, NC.
Key Responsibilities:
1. E-Commerce Platform Management
• Set up new items across e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate details and representation of the product and brand.
• Maintain existing items with up-to-date content and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Conduct site performance audits to ensure listings are displayed and functioning properly, and in compliance with the account platform requirements.
2. Digital Content and Asset Management
• Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to ensure a consistent and optimal product and brand representation across all e-commerce sites.
• Upload and edit digital content to e-commerce platforms.
• Provide internal feedback and recommendations for content improvements.
3. Data Analysis
• Generate reports and provide analysis across e-commerce sites to improve performance and inform strategic decisions.
4. Customer Relationships
• Coordinate with customer’s digital and buying teams on new item set-up and existing item maintenance.
• Actively participate in customer meetings by providing digital performance insights and recommendations.
Qualifications:
• 1 – 3 years of experience working within e-commerce, preferably with Amazon 1P and other major retailers.
• Experience with Amazon Vendor Central and Walmart Seller Center is a plus.
• Experience with DIY retail e-commerce sites (i.e. Lowe’s, ACE) is a plus.
• Solid understanding and experience using Excel (VLOOK-UPS / PIVOT TABLES) and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrates strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Critical thinking skills, ability to problem solve and think creatively.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
