We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to oversee construction projects from start to finish. As a Project Manager with Bingman, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Project Manager Responsibilities:
Preconstruction
- Develop and maintain the bid/estimate process
- Qualify bids through scope review and prior work
- Produce contractual documents that fulfill the intended scope of work through buyout
- Develop base budget and maintain throughout completion of project
- Develop project schedule
- Clearly communicate to client
- Produce submittal log
Construction
- Coordinate and run OAC meetings
- Provide costs on an ongoing basis for change orders
- Develop progress reports on a weekly and monthly basis as a client deliverable, which will update the overall costs, schedule, and forecasting
- Heavily coordinate with the Superintendent to ensure safety, quality control, costs, and schedule are maintained
- Ability to effectively and professionally communicate with all parties involved with the project
Post Construction
- Ensure all subcontractors/vendors have provided closeout documents and warranty information
- Organize, package, and deliver to client the Operation and Maintenance manuals
- Set up training sessions with facility members
Qualifications for Success:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management is plus)
- Communication Skills
- Business Requirements and Knowledge of A/E/C industry
- Project Management Experience (5 years with success)
- Professional demeanor with a focus on detail
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore)
