This position requires strong organizational, technology, and communication skills, and is ideal for someone eager to learn and grow. You’ll play a key role in organizing documentation, tracking submittals, supporting engineering reviews, and communicating with utility representatives and agency staff. On-the-job training will be provided to equip the coordinator with the specialized knowledge necessary for success.

What You Will Do
- Collaborate with engineering and utility teams to facilitate the review and approval of utility encroachment requests and ensure compliance with program requirements.
- Maintain organized records of project correspondence, permits, drawings, and related documents including schedules and progress reports.
- Utilize technology tools to track critical path tasks and ensure timely updates to stakeholders.
- Coordinate meetings, communications, and workflow among cross-functional teams.
- Assist in developing and refining program processes to enhance efficiency.
