Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented CRM Manager to oversee and optimize our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. This role blends CRM administration, sales support, and MarTech responsibilities. The ideal candidate will manage CRM operations, ensure data integrity, and continuously improve system capabilities. They will drive customer segmentation strategies, enable personalized marketing initiatives, and analyze customer interactions across the entire lifecycle to identify growth opportunities. This role supports cross-functional teams — including sales, marketing, and customer service — with analytics, lead prioritization, and actionable insights. Success in this position requires strong project management skills, deep expertise in CRM platforms, and the ability to serve as a critical link between the company and its customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- CRM System Administration:
- Manage daily operations, data audits, and system enhancements for Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Act-On.
- Ensure CRM platform stability, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate technical support.
- Oversee data imports, exports, and software integrations.
- Master data management and maintenance. Look for ways to integrate master data with backend systems for better synergy, in collaboration with IT Apps team supporting ERP systems.
- Help implement and support Binks IT Business Applications policy and procedures for in-scope systems.
- User Support and Training:
- Provide comprehensive CRM training and ongoing support to internal teams.
- Develop and maintain user documentation and best-practice guidelines.
- Reporting and Analytics:
- Generate insightful reports and dashboards on CRM usage, sales performance, and customer interactions.
- Conduct A/B testing and leverage analytics to refine CRM tactics and increase conversion rates.
- Work with the global data warehouse team to expand reporting capabilities across platforms. Act as the coordinator between executive team, Sales teams and DW delivery team to strategize and prioritize.
- System Enhancements and Customization:
- Identify and implement CRM enhancements aligned with business needs.
- Act as the liaison between users and technical teams for system configurations.
- MarTech and Sales Integration:
- Spearhead customer segmentation strategies to enhance targeted marketing campaigns.
- Develop and execute personalized email marketing initiatives within the CRM.
- Inform and assist the sales team with data-driven lead prioritization strategies.
- Vendor and Stakeholder Management:
- Manage CRM vendor relationships, ensuring maximum value from CRM solutions in collaboration with IT.
- Coordinate external consultants for system upgrades and customizations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of CRM management experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot, and Act-On.
- Proven expertise in CRM integration, automation, data personalization, and comfort with AI-driven strategies.
- Strong analytical, project management, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven project management skills between multiple internal and/or external parties involved.
Preferred Skills:
- CRM certification (Microsoft Dynamics, Act-On, Salesforce Administrator, HubSpot Certification).
- Familiarity with data security and compliance, including European GDPR legislation.
- Technical background with system configurations and customizations
- Stay current with CRM applications space new capabilities/new offering and partner eco-system.
Working Conditions:
