You'll take ownership of managing influencer partnerships, supporting impactful event activations, and leading the charge in leveraging data and creativity to drive measurable results. Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Content Strategy
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies for Binks and its subbrands, ensuring alignment across global markets.
- Create and manage strategic content plans for organic and paid social media campaigns, elevating brand awareness and engagement across channels (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Collaborate with the paid media agency to optimize digital campaigns and maximize ROI, ensuring content and advertising efforts are integrated and efficient.
- Utilize tools like Hootsuite (or similar) for content scheduling, performance analysis, and audience engagement.
Paid Media Coordination
- Act as the primary liaison with the paid media agency, delivering creative assets and ensuring campaigns are on track.
- Collaborate on media strategy and placement, providing insights to improve performance and ROI.
- Monitor campaign progress, holding the agency accountable for KPIs and deadlines.
Influencer Marketing & Partnerships
- Identify, negotiate, and manage influencer relationships that align with Binks’ brand values and objectives.
- Develop and execute influencer campaigns, including product launches, giveaways, and content collaborations.
- Monitor influencer performance, track campaign ROI, and optimize strategies to ensure continuous growth in engagement and brand visibility.
Event Activations & Live Engagement
- Lead the digital components of event marketing, including live streaming, social media coverage, and giveaways at trade shows and industry events.
- Collaborate with global teams to develop creative assets and messaging to support event activations, ensuring consistency and impact across markets.
Data-Driven Performance & Reporting
- Track and analyze digital marketing performance across all platforms, providing actionable insights for optimization.
- Lead the reporting and analysis of influencer partnerships, content campaigns, and event activations, making data-driven recommendations for improvement and scalability.
Global Collaboration & Best Practices
- Partner with marketing teams across regions to ensure consistency in messaging, share assets, and implement best practices.
- Work closely with regional teams to adapt strategies for local market needs while maintaining a unified global brand.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5 years of experience in digital marketing, including social media, influencer marketing, and paid media campaigns.
- Leadership: Proven experience in leading and managing digital marketing campaigns, with a track record of driving results.
- Influencer Marketing: Strong background in managing influencer relationships, including campaign strategy, negotiation, and performance tracking.
- Tools Proficiency: Proficient in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social), paid media platforms (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Event Marketing: Experience planning and executing live-streamed events or digital activations at trade shows or other events.
- Global Perspective: Experience working with international teams and adapting campaigns to suit diverse markets.
