About the Role
As a Call Center Representative, you’ll provide outstanding service to our customers by answering questions, handling complaints, and troubleshooting problems with our products and services. The Call Center Representative may handle a high volume of inbound or outbound calls or both and should seek to create a positive experience for each caller. They will listen to clients to understand the reason for their call, address all questions or complaints, and provide an accurate and efficient response. The Call Center Representative will report to the Call Center Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer calls from clients to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with services
- Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions and ensuring the client feels supported and valued
- Engage in active listening with callers, confirming clarifying information and diffusing angry clients, as needed
- Be polite, enthusiastic and empathetic to customers
- Build lasting relationships with clients based on trust and reliability
- Make outbound calls to customers on an as-needed basis so that we can keep our technicians busy
- Occasional Saturday work depending on demand
- Additional tasks and responsibilities as required to maintain efficient department operations
What You Bring to the Team:
- Skills & Attributes: Excellent organizational and time management skills, a can-do attitude, and a passion for problem-solving!
- Experience: 2 years’ experience as a Call Center Representative or similar position.
- Service Titan Experience a MUST
- Nexstar Experience a PLUS
- Customer-Focused: Great communication and integrity are musts.
- Flexibility: Ability and willingness to work occasional Saturdays.

Salary : $45,000 - $55,000
