WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR :

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Familiarity with POS (point of sale) systems and computer data entry
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Cheerful working attitude
  • Outstanding customer service skills

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING :

  • Greet respiratory patients and direct them to the sign in board
  • Teach patients the importance of compliance and use of CPAP device
  • Complete proper patient documentation in initiation of respiratory therapy procedures
  • Answering in-store phone calls for respiratory or sales floor
  • Coordinate all aspects of services including physician's orders
  • Coordinate with the patient and caregiver(s) for therapy and / or equipment instruction
  • Perform sales and rentals using the POS system

  • 455 E Grand River Ave, Suite 206. Brighton, MI 48116
  • Monday - Friday 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM
