WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR :
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Less than 3 years experience in Linux system administration
Less than 3 years experience in network administration
Less than 3 years experience in Windows server and desktop administration
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING :
Initialize, configure, maintain and monitor server instances for both Linux and Windows platforms
Maintain and monitor application-specific services, Progress, PostgreSQL Apache, Postfix, Dovecot, firewalls, etc.
Create and maintain scripts and processes for the deployment and monitoring of applications
Network maintenance and monitoring
Level 1 helpdesk support
Respond to technical business issues and troubleshoot system problems
Network troubleshooting
Update stakeholders on trouble tickets / issues with status and ongoing communications towards resolution
Participate in an on-call rotation
Any other duties assigned by management

Monday-Friday 8 : 30 AM - 6 : 00 PM
Monthly on-call rotation
