What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Care Associate position at Binson's Hospital Supplies Inc.?
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
High School diploma or equivalent
Familiarity with POS (point of sale) systems and computer data entry
Excellent communication skills
Cheerful working attitude
Outstanding customer service skills
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Greet respiratory patients and direct them to the sign in board
Teach patients the importance of compliance and use of CPAP device
Complete proper patient documentation in initiation of respiratory therapy procedures
Answering in-store phone calls for respiratory or sales floor
Coordinate all aspects of services including physician’s orders
Coordinate with the patient and caregiver(s) for therapy and/or equipment instruction
Perform sales and rentals using the POS system
LOCATION & SCHEDULE:
- 455 E Grand River Ave, Suite 206. Brighton, MI 48116
- Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
