WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years experience in a Skilled Trade or Facilities/Maintenance position
Valid Michigan Chauffeur's License and DOT Card (can obtain upon hire)
Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Performs essential custodial responsibilities and routine maintenance as required.
- Carries out snow removal and landscaping tasks as assigned.
- Safely operates hand and power tools to complete designated tasks.
- Ensures all work is completed in a timely and safe manner.
- Drives a company vehicle responsibly, adhering to all Michigan road regulations.
- Must be available to work a flexible on-call schedule, which may include evenings, nights, and weekends.
- Handles general business-related tasks to meet operational needs.
- Occasionally travels to Binson’s locations when needed.
All other duties as assigned by management

- 26834 Lawrence Ave. Center Line, MI 48015
- Monday-Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Evening and weekend on-call rotation
