Responsibilities:
- Perform weeding and yard maintenance tasks to ensure the overall appearance of the property is well-kept
- Operate power tools and equipment for various landscaping duties
- Assist with landscape maintenance including mowing, tree trimming, and irrigation
- Dig and build landscape features as needed
- Snow plowing during winter months
- Maintain grounds by keeping them clean and orderly
Qualifications:
- Experience with groundskeeping, landscaping, or similar outdoor work
- Proficiency in using power tools for landscaping tasks
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting and digging
- Knowledge of tree trimming techniques is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
