What are the responsibilities and job description for the CDG Marketing Finance Manager position at Bio-Rad Laboratories?
Overview
You will be the finance business partner to the CDG Marketing organization. You will prepare and present strategy and financials monthly to the executive team. You will develop key KPI's to help track success of marketing campaigns and other marketing initiatives. Provide guidance and support on organizational structure, initiatives, planning and forecasting. Attend marketing team meetings, review cost center variance reports with department managers and answer ad hoc questions. This position is highly visible and requires excellent communication skills (verbal and written), strong variance analysis, and attention to detail.
How You'll Make An Impact :
- Finance Business Partner to SVP of CDG Marketing and their reports.
- Key partner in reorganizing the marketing group.
- Developing marketing KPIs.
- Responsible for annual planning / forecasting.
- Presenting business information to executive management.
- Partner in the preparation of the yearly Long Range Plan.

Compensation : The estimated base salary range for this position is $117,900 to $162,200 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
