Bio-Rad's Global Commercial Operations (GCO) Commercial Effectiveness team equips commercial employees with the skills to drive business results. The company uses ServiceMax/Salesforce to manage technical support and field service operations. Consistent global usage is crucial for actionable data, requiring Customer Technical Support and Field Service teams to effectively manage Cases, Work Orders, Parts, Installed Products, and Service Contracts.
The Global ServiceMax Enablement Specialist II will collaborate with Global Service Operations and regional Service Management to understand system expectations. They will define key messages, assess impacts, and develop change management plans for user enablement. The role includes designing, implementing, and maintaining a scalable training program to ensure employees can efficiently use ServiceMax. Responsibilities include creating engaging training materials, coaching tools, and communications.

How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Drive 5 change management, instructional design, and/or communications projects simultaneously.
  • Collaborate with Global Commercial Operations stakeholders to understand processes being introduced or refined.
  • Leverage a change management methodology to independently develop four essential change management plans (Communication, Training, People Manager, and Sponsor) to address resistance and ensure successful process implementation.
  • Make innovative recommendations to drive ServiceMax adoption and user success.
  • Develop multi-channel communications for all levels of the organization to generate awareness about excitement about and reinforce ServiceMax changes (i.e. emails, SharePoint sites, videos, etc.).
  • Develop engaging training materials (i.e. eLearning modules, assessments, virtual and in-person instructor led training courses, webinars, scenarios, exercises, videos, and quick guides using a broad range of technologies) and analyze the impact following Kirkpatrick Model and change management measurement tools

What You Bring:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Instructional Design, Learning Technologies, Life Science, Clinical Diagnosis or a related field, or equivalent work experience. MBA a plus.
  • Formal training in adult learning theory and instructional design.
  • Work Experience: 7 years of demonstratable experience in enabling software-related initiatives in a fast-paced matrixed environment. Experience in a Field Service, Customer Technical Support, or Customer Service role a plus.
  • Experience using ServiceMax, Salesforce.com, or related service management software.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team player with the ability to function autonomously.

Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this position is $83,000 to $140,500 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
