What are the responsibilities and job description for the Creative Services Senior Program Manager position at Bio-Rad?
As the Bio-Rad Creative Services Sr. Program Manager , you will lead the project management function of Bio-Rad’s internal creative agency. You will be tasked with driving scalable solutions that enable our teams to expedite GTM timelines and increase efficiencies. Develop best practices and frameworks, and identify and implement best-in-class project management solutions. In this role, you will use your experience developing internal project management processes within creative teams or agency settings.
How You’ll Make an Impact :
- Team Leadership : Manage and lead the creative services project management team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality marketing and digital programs aligne with business goals.
- Project Management : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address opportunities for workflow enhancements that streamline and simplify complex global processes. Establish best practices needed to optimize creative workflows and project delivery. Anticipate challenges, roadblocks and potential delays and proactively provide recommendations and alternative solutions that enable teams to meet their business needs.
- Vendor and Contract Management : Maintain strong relationships with relevant agencies, vendors, and contractors and integrate them into the project management process where required.
- Operational Efficiency : Develop and execute change management strategies in coordination with global teams to ensure a smooth rollout of new products and operational processes; this includes partnering with key stakeholders to minimize operational friction, crafting communications, establishing SLA’s, and proactively resolving challenges during implementation.
- Creative Process Optimization : Collaborate with the Creative Director and cross-functional teams ot promote alignment, ehance collaboration, and develop innovative strategies for efficiently guiding the creative process from concept to production within budgetary constraints. Identify risk and misalignment to projects and reduce the impact of potential risks by developing a plan to manage, eliminate, or limite setbacks as it relates to cpacity planning and allocation.

Compensation : The estimated base salary range for this position is $153,100 to $210,600 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
