Director of People Services
Location: Hot Springs, AR
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Director of People Services to lead all aspects of our human resources function. This key leadership role will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives that align with the organization's business objectives, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, and ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that support organizational growth and success.
- Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment and selection, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, performance management.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing HR team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Manage employee relations issues effectively and fairly.
- Develop and implement employee training and development programs.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Represent the organization at industry events and conferences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7 years of progressive HR experience, including experience in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with employees and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with HRIS systems and HR data analytics.
- PHR/SPHR certification preferred.

Pay: $82,500.00 - $115,000.00 per year
