Logistics Coordinator
As a Logistics Coordinator, you will deliver exceptional service in the industry by performing daily customer service and logistics operational tasks while adhering to industry regulations, customer requirements, and company targets for our top clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide industry-leading customer service via phone and online to Biocair's clientele in the pharmaceutical and life science industries.
- Review customer shipping requests, ensuring completeness and accuracy of information provided. Query any missing or inaccurate information with the customer.
- Work alongside the warehouse to provide correct temperature-controlled packaging selection recommendations that meet customer needs, considering commodity size, temperature requirements, and transit time.
- Prepare all shipment documentation for export, domestic, and import forwarding-on shipments in compliance with relevant regulations.
- Log any irregularities in the shipment process as a non-conformance report and escalate to the correct department when necessary.
