The Patient Support Specialist Medical Billing role at Biodesix, Inc. is a billing system and process expert with a competent overview of our tests, organization, and billing policies aligned processes. As the initial point of contact within Biodesix for most stakeholders, you will provide additional information about our tests, billing, and financial aid programs and processes. You will be comfortable guiding stakeholders through expectation setting for their claims experience with Biodesix, from Test Order through billing. This role requires navigating all applicable Biodesix computer and phone/CRM systems and processes to provide timely and accurate responses to predominantly patient questions.
