Job Overview/Summary
This is a customer-facing position responsible for working closely with our BD teams in the US and Europe to promote our ADME/DMPK business by providing expertise both pre- and post-sale.

Essential Functions And Responsibilities
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for our ADME and DMPK service lines across all aspects of the sales cycle
- Participate in pre-sales client discussions to demonstrate BioDuro expertise and ensure client needs are accurately captured
- Conduct independent outreach and cultivate relationships within the DMPK space to assist BD team in developing DMPK business
- Review and edit all ADME/DMPK quotations for accuracy and competitive positioning
- Conduct on-going market research and maintain a detailed understanding of the potential client base and our market position within the DMPK service areas
- Assist in the development of marketing strategies, webinars and collateral to promote DMPK business
- Represent BioDuro-Sundia at industry events and tradeshows with professional manner and polished appearance to gain new business leads and contacts
- Participate in cross-functional teams across Drug Discovery, CMC and Project Management to identify cross selling opportunities, and integration strategies to streamline project workflows
- Review data reports and maintain knowledge of current client projects to provide troubleshooting and expertise when appropriate
- Organize regular training sessions for the Business Development teams
- Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, video call and presentation
- Integrate with colleagues in the sales team, contribute to the work ethic, culture, and values
- Be customer's internal champion

Required Qualifications
- MS in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutics or a Life Science discipline or equivalent. PhD preferred
- Minimum of 3-7 years of hands-on experience in ADME and/or DMPK within biotech, pharma or CRO space.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical and biotech industry including drug discovery and development of drug candidates and substance, biology, DMPK and Pharmacology
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage several internal and external discussions simultaneously
- Bay Area - Northwest territory
- Technical knowledge and Subject Matter expertise in DMPK and ADME studies and techniques
- Handles and manages personal and interpersonal stress
- Has the discipline to stay focused and complete specific task
- Interacts well with others
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
