What You’ll Do
As an Inside Sales Account Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of our sales operations, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers while optimizing internal processes. Your role will involve:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting – Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.
- Quotation Management – Preparing, delivering, and following up on pricing proposals.
- Sales Process Execution – Managing and refining workflows to improve efficiency and results.
- Customer Engagement – Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions.
- Problem-Solving & Strategy – Analyzing sales trends, identifying gaps, and implementing solutions for continuous improvement.
- Collaboration & Communication – Working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations to drive revenue growth.
